*Prices are for 2 people, add $50.00  for each additional person/per week. (pets are also $50 additional fees/one pet.)  Maximum of 4  people.  Add a $250 security deposit to charges.  A $50 cleaning/utility fee is deducted from the security deposit. 

**The monthly charges are such a deep discount, that credit cards are charged $50 additional.  All notes above apply.  Add $200 for each additional person, per month.  Add $200/ month if weekly cleaning is desired.

There is a  $250  security deposit. 

 50% of the rental fee is required to hold your reservation.  Balance (half of rental fee + $250 Security Deposit)  is due 30 days before arrival.

$50 cleaning/ utility fee is deducted from security deposit.

  

Cancellation Policy: 
Cancellation:  If the tenant cancels more than 60 days prior to the commencement of the rental period, All of the deposit is  returned minus a $75.00 processing fee.   If more  than 45 days prior to commencement of rental period, than all deposit is returned minus $300 processing and vacancy fee.    Cancellation less than 45 days before the rental period: the full payment is due and is not refundable unless another tenant can be found. A holiday cancellation insurance is therefore recommended.

 

This is a nonsmoking house and we request you only smoke outdoors

 

We accommodate all well mannered pets who stay off the furniture.  You are liable for any damages caused by your animals.
